How does the Payment Work?!
All donations are processed through PayPal.

So what happens?
When a donation is made the money is transferred directly to your PayPal account where it is held until such time as you withdraw the funds.
Why PayPal?
The bottom line is your security. At the moment EasySponsorship does not have the necessary ability to 100% guarantee your internet safety when making a monetery transaction through this website. PayPal is a well known and reputable payment processing service - you do not need to be a member to make a payment and all forms of credit and debit cards are accepted.
So this means the service isn't strictly free
The service that EasySponsorship offers is completely free, i.e. there is no charge to use this site. However, whenever credit card transactions are made the credit card companies charge a small fee to process the payment. This is the cost that PayPal passes on (plus an administrative fee for using the site). This does mean that these charges are passed onto you when donations are made.
Looking to the future
A fully integrated payment system is currently under development, however, your security is key so it is important that it is secure which means that it is taking longer than expected to implement.
Fees: Once an integrated payment system is online the cost of the payment processing will decrease, as it will no longer be processed via PayPal. The overall aim is that you will not have to pay any fees when making a donation, either by EasySponsorship covering the costs from revenue generated through the site, or by other means.
